Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately if your items are defective, damaged or incorrect/incomplete. We recommend you take photos of the product when reaching out to us for a resolution. Because claims cannot be filed through the mail carrier without photos, no replacements can be sent unless a photo is provided in a timely manner. We will work with you to assist.
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom products (i.e. special orders, personalized items and ‘on sale’ items). If you are not satisfied with your order within 7 days of reception, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line along with a message with your issue and we will respond with solutions on how we can proceed.
If a refund/return is approved, we will automatically refund your payment on your original payment method. Please allow the normal processing times for your bank or credit card company to post your refund back into your account. Some credit cards will take two billing cycles to process.
All approved returns must be in new/unused condition and with all original tabs/labels accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. You will receive instructions on how to return along with a return address and a RMA number. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returned shipment.

Most orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of you placing the order using USPS. Note: Exceptions to those shipping estimates may include special orders. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping address and weight of your total checkout. For orders placed during the weekends, we prioritize shipping of those orders on Monday. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal delays and/or holidays, launches/promotions, restocks and limited edition releases.
If you never received your package, it is highly recommended that you file a claim with USPS and provide us with the claim number via email@example.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the address you provided on your order. We do understand issues happen beyond anyone’s control, therefore we will do everything on our end to assist you with the process of your claim with the mail carrier.
