Refund policy

 

We appreciate your purchase and sincerely hope you are satisfied with the product you received. However, if you are not completely satisfied please see below for more information on our return policy.


Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately if your items are defective, damaged or incorrect/incomplete. We recommend you take photos of the product when reaching out to us for a resolution. Because claims cannot be filed through the mail carrier without photos, no replacements can be sent unless a photo is provided in a timely manner. We will work with you to assist.


Certain items cannot be returned such as custom products (i.e. special orders, personalized items and ‘on sale’ items).  If you are not satisfied with your order within 7 days of reception, please reach out to us at thegoldenhaloshop@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line along with a message with your issue and we will respond with solutions on how we can proceed.


If a refund/return is approved, we will automatically refund your payment on your original payment method. Please allow the normal processing times for your bank or credit card company to post your refund back into your account. Some credit cards will take two billing cycles to process.  


All approved returns must be in new/unused condition and with all original tabs/labels accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. You will receive instructions on how to return along with a return address and a RMA number. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returned shipment.
